Our fleet includes vehicles designed for group transportation, with capacities ranging from approximately 12 to 20 passengers. Vehicle availability depends on the size and needs of your group.
Where does G5 Transportation provide service?
We are based in the Atlanta area and provide transportation throughout the metro Atlanta region and surrounding areas. Additional travel may be available depending on the trip, destination, and vehicle.

Does G5 offer corporate transportation?
Yes. We now provide professional transportation for corporate meetings, employee outings, client events, conferences, dinners, business functions, and other company-related transportation needs.
Does G5 offer recurring transportation contracts?
Yes. We now look to work with businesses and organizations that need transportation on a recurring basis. Contract arrangements can be customized based on frequency, group size, service requirements, and transportation needs.
Can my company establish a corporate transportation account with G5?

Does G5 still offer party bus transportation?
Absolutely. Celebratory transportation is where G5 began, and it remains an important part of who we are. We continue to provide premium transportation for birthdays, weddings, proms, bachelor and bachelorette celebrations, concerts, game days, wine tours, and other special occasions.
What occasions can I book G5 for?

Booking
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, prom season, wedding season, concerts, sporting events, and other high-demand dates.
How do I request a quote?
Complete our booking or quote request form with your event details. Our team will review your request and provide available vehicle options and pricing.
Is a deposit required to reserve a vehicle?
Yes. A deposit is generally required to secure your reservation. Specific deposit requirements and payment terms will be provided with your quote.

When does my rental time begin?
Your rental time begins at the scheduled pickup time and ends at the scheduled completion or drop-off time outlined in your reservation.
Can I add additional time to my reservation?
Additional time may be available depending on vehicle availability and the schedule. Additional charges may apply.
Can we book 2 hours or a 1 way?
Bookings Sunday - Thursday, day & night require a 3-hour payment minimum. Bookings on Friday & Saturday that begin & end before 6pm also require a 3-hour payment minimum. Bookings on Friday & Saturday that begin after 6pm require a 4-hour payment minimum.
(Your actual booking does not have to meet minimum hours, but payment does.)
Can we make multiple stops?
Some parties stay on the bus, but most go to restaurants, lounges, clubs or wineries. Multiple stops can be made IF they are on the itinerary provided to us before the booking date. This allows us to ensure your trip is within the allotted mileage & paid hours, so you do not incur any additional fees. This also cuts down on the confusion & miscommunication the day or night of your booking.
Onboard Experience
Are refreshments included?
Select G5 bookings may include complimentary ice, cups, bottled water, and Coca-Cola products. Your specific inclusions will be confirmed with your reservation.
Are the vehicles cleaned before each booking?
Yes. We take pride in maintaining clean, presentable vehicles and preparing them for each client.
Do the vehicles have restrooms?
Certain vehicles in our fleet are equipped with onboard restrooms. Vehicle amenities vary by vehicle, so please confirm the amenities available with your selected vehicle.
Is smoking allowed on G5 vehicles?
ALL Ground 5 Transportation vehicles are nonsmoking/vaping.
We DO make smoke stops.
Safety & Professionalism
Are G5 drivers professionally licensed?
Yes. G5 utilizes professionally licensed CDL drivers who are trained to provide safe and professional group transportation.
Is G5 insured?
Yes. G5 maintains the appropriate commercial transportation insurance coverage required for our operations.
Can G5 provide transportation for schools, churches, nonprofits, and organizations?
Yes. We provide group transportation for schools, churches, nonprofits, community organizations, athletic programs, and other organizations. Additional documentation or requirements may apply depending on the trip.
Service Areas & Travel
Do you travel outside of Atlanta?
Yes. G5 may provide transportation outside of the Atlanta metro area depending on the trip and vehicle availability. Additional travel fees may apply.
Are there additional fees for out-of-area trips?
Additional fees may apply based on distance, travel time, destination, and other trip requirements. Any applicable fees will be communicated during the quoting process.
